Looking for a Mintlify alternative?
Teams look for a Mintlify alternative when the credit meter bites, when they need to self-host, or when they want docs that learn from the agents reading them rather than from code diffs.

Where Mintlify is better
- Scale and proof: Anthropic, Cursor, Coinbase and hundreds of logos. Orbizz has none yet.
- Docs-as-code: if your writers live in Git and want MDX, Mintlify is built for it.
- An in-docs chat assistant and a repo-watching docs agent, if you want the vendor to run the model.
- Skills today, not coming soon.
Where Orbizz is better
- The loop runs from the agents reading your docs — the ones that hit the gap — not from code diffs. report_gap and propose_fix have no equivalent.
- Self-hosted. Your content, your agent logs and your analytics stay on your infrastructure.
- No credits. Every answer an agent gets from your docs is free, because the agent is the user's, not ours.
- A small team can run it without a Git workflow.
Verdict. If you are a funded company with a docs-as-code team and want logos on the pricing page, choose Mintlify. If you are a small team that wants the agents reading your docs to improve them, and wants to own the whole thing, choose Orbizz.
