This website
orbizz.in collects an email address only when you type one into a form on the pricing, customers or contact page. It is stored so we can reply or notify you about the thing you asked about, and for nothing else. Ask and we delete it.
Our own documentation on this site records page views and agent requests in the same way the product does for every tenant: the route, the page, a coarse user-agent classification (which model or browser), and search queries. No account is required to read any public page.
The product
Orbizz is self-hosted. When you run it, the data it collects — documents, members’ email addresses, page views, feedback, agent requests, gap reports and proposals — is stored in your database under your control. Orbizz does not receive it.
Writers sign in with Google through Firebase Authentication; Google’s privacy policy applies to that sign-in. Orbizz stores the account’s identifier, email address, display name and picture to show who is signed in and who did what.
Cookies
The admin uses a session cookie after sign-in and a cookie remembering which product version you are editing. The public docs site sets none.
