Question 1

Is the free plan really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Unlimited forms, unlimited responses, no time limit, no credit card. You only pay when you want your own branding, payments, or a team workspace.

Question 2

What does form analytics actually show me?

Accepted Answer

A funnel for every form: how many people saw each question and how many answered it, so the exact question where people leave is flagged. You also get time per question, completion trends over time, device and source breakdowns, and the partial answers people typed before they quit.

Question 3

How is this different from Google Forms?

Accepted Answer

Google Forms is great for quick internal stuff, but it only tells you how many people submitted. Inflow shows you which question lost the rest, and it's built for forms your customers see: your branding instead of Google's, payments built in, and answers that go straight to your other tools.

Question 4

What about Typeform?

Accepted Answer

Typeform's analytics stop at a completion rate on most plans, and its cheapest paid plan caps you at 100 responses a month. Inflow shows drop-off per question on every plan and never caps responses — you pay for your team, not for being popular.

Question 5

Do I need to know how to code?

Accepted Answer

No. If you can write a question, you can build a form. Embedding it on your site is one line of copy-paste, and there's an API if a developer wants one.

Question 6

Can people save and come back later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Progress is saved as they go, so someone can start on their phone, get interrupted, and pick up where they left off.

Question 7

Where does my data live?

Accepted Answer

On our servers, encrypted, and nowhere else. You can export everything or delete all of it whenever you want. EU hosting is available on the Team plan.
